Description: The Trident provides Business students the opportunity to see business principles operating in the real world. We sell spirit wear, snacks, and beverages. Students get experience being a "barista." Profits are used to fund business scholarships and support other causes with member approval.

Description: BASVC promotes animal care advocacy and provides volunteering, fundraising, and event opportunities for students.

Instruction in many idioms from traditional to jazz to pop in a cappella and accompanied settings geared toward concert performance will be the main focus of the course. Description: Class Acts is our annual talent show that allows students the opportunity to be on stage and share their talent for cash prizes. The show is in it's 38th year and currently serves as a fundraiser for the Drama and Art clubs, that in turn, gives the money back to the students in the form of scholarships.

Description: The Brockport Clay Target Club focuses on the NYS Clay Target League priorities in order of importance: safety, fun, and marksmanship. The team/league’s success is dependent on the trust it instills in every student-athlete, coach, shooting range member, parent and school officials. The assured reliance on character, ability, and truthfulness for each person will create an entrusted safe environment that everyone will enjoy.

Description: Drama Club is an open club for theater lovers. Our goal is to expose as many students to the performing arts as possible. The club will look at all aspects of theater from on-stage, to back-stage, pit and production. All our welcome in the club and on our many trips to Shea's, RBTL, SUNY Brockport, and anywhere else we end up. The club currently supports 4 productions a year including a fall musical, mentoring the middle school production, Class Acts, and a Spring straight play.

Description: FLEC is based on the idea that students can help other students succeed. The program aims to make the transition from middle school to high school smoother and more enjoyable for freshmen. This program a high school program that helps freshmen transition to high school by pairing them with upperclassmen mentors and provides activities to help freshman build friendships and get involved in school life.

Description: Formerly known as Friends of Rachel, Community Connections is based on the idea of creating a positive and warm school environment. This club is dedicated to helping the school community through volunteering and events such as our winter clothing drives and our annual prom shopping spree event.

Description: The Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) provides a safe and welcoming space for all students regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity and expression. In addition to team building activities, we advocate for and bring awareness to issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community and strive to improve our school climate for all students.

Description: Good News Club is a student-led group which invites Christian students to gather for fellowship. Meetings are informal and fun, and can incorporate worship, prayer, Bible study, videos and discussion groups. Special events have included prayer at the flagpole, parties, and guest speakers.

Description: This course will provide students the opportunity to play in a modern rock and pop group and gaining experience in arranging modern music. This course will give students a chance to develop their musicianship and is geared toward concert performance. Description: Ink & Art is our school's literary and art magazine, showcasing the creative talents of our students. From poetry and short stories to photography and visual art, this magazine celebrates originality and expression. Club members collaborate on editing, layout, and publishing. Whether you’re a writer, artist, or just passionate about creativity.

Description: Both JV and Varsity MasterMinds compete in the Rochester MasterMinds trivia league. There are 49 teams in the Rochester League, our division has 7 teams. We have 12 matches during the year and then playoffs. Questions consist of Toss-ups and then sequences of 3 bonus questions where teams confer. Questions cover all topics.

Description: Mathletes allows everybody (not just the highest attainers) to experience and have fun with mathematics in an informal way. It gives students the opportunity to develop Mathematics skills and knowledge through individual and team games/activities.

Description: The Mock Trial Team competes in the NYS Bar Association's Law, Youth and Citizenship's Mock Trial Competition. Every school in the state receives the same case fact pattern and then constructs plantiff/prosecution and defense arguments from them. It requires knowledge of questioning techniques, public speaking, and the ability to think on your feet.

Description: The Model United Nations Club allows students to improve their public speaking skills, while expanding their understanding of international issues impacting the world and the various perspectives of the nations involved in international diplomacy. All of this occurs within a framework of four conferences that we attend: Hilton, Syracuse University, UNAR at St. John Fisher, and the University of Buffalo. At each conference, students represent a specific nation and then take that nation's stance within a committee of their choice ranging topics from disarmament, health care, education, culture, and even historical crises. They work with students from other schools representing other nations to coooperatively address these world problems in working papers and resolutions.

Description: The Multi-Media Production Club offers all high school students the chance to dive into the world of video production, fostering creativity and hands-on learning in this dynamic field.

Description: The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

Description: The Science Olympiad Club is an extracurricular organization that challenges students to explore various scientific and engineering disciplines through hands-on experiments, collaborative projects, and competitive events. Members work in teams to prepare for regional competitions, tackling a wide range of topics including biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, and engineering. The club not only fosters a deep understanding of scientific concepts but also cultivates critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork, preparing students for future careers in STEM fields.

Description: The mission of our ASL Club is to increase the awareness of ASL and respect for Deaf culture. The goals of our ASL Club include the following: provide students with opportunities to interact with the Deaf community, enhance students ASL skills and increase students' knowledge of Deaf culture .
