Why Student Strengths Matter

For students who are uncertain of potential career paths, understanding individual strengths and how they are aligned with the 16 National Career Cluster will help guide potential career exploration and inform high school course selections. 

Additionally, understanding strengths helps students move beyond the question, “What job should I have?” to the deeper question, “Who am I, and how can I use my strengths to contribute?”
